Hello Friends. It is time for a new AAA Cards Challenge that is a lot of fun.  Die-Cuts ONLY is the theme for AAA Cards CAS Game #109.

We’re looking for CAS cards that feature die cuts as the focal point. We will accept the addition of a stamped sentiment, but not stamped images that have been die cut. As always our definition of CAS means that white space should not be patterned, embossed or textured.

It is February, so lots of hearts this month with Valentine’s Day. My Husband and I are also celebrating our 19th anniversary on the 24th. Actually, I am a hearts and hugs person all year. I was inspired by the Simon Says Stamp Shining Heart Die and of course our challenge to create this card.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cut and fold A2 top folding cardbase and set aside.
2. Die-cut a large solid heart and then die-cut the shining heart die from the center. Die-cut the shining heart again with your choice of colored cardstock.
3. Die-cut sentiment.
4. Apply foam tape to the back of the large heart and place on the cardbase.
5. Apply two layers of foam tape to the colored heart and place on card.
6. Apply liquid adhesive to the sentiment and place on card.
7. Send card to someone who needs a hug.
