Hello Everyone! Yay, I am back with another fun project for the Altenew Educator Certification Program. Today I am sharing a card that was inspired by the Easy Die Cutting Techniques class that was taught by someone I truly admire, Yana Smakula.
I love die-cutting and was inspired by the entire course. Recently, I finally added the Altenew Fantasy Floral 3D die set to my collection and I was anxious to create with it. I thought it would be nice to create a focal point using the layered flower in white and add a colored panel with some splatter.
Each layer of this gorgeous flower was die-cut three times using Neenah 110# cardstock. Isn’t the dimension outstanding?! I just love it and want to create one in all colors.
I added a couple of silver accents to my card. The left edge is silver foil tape. The sentiment is heat embossed in two layers of silver metallic embossing powder.
Coming soon are cards for Season Scene Building and Irresistible Inking Techniques.
