Welcome to the Catherine Pooler Designs, All the Trimmings Blog Hop. You should have arrived from Kelly Martin. The All the Trimmings release is filled with an outstanding selection of holiday stamps and dies; along with a gorgeous patterned paper pack, three new ink colors and even some sequin mixes.

Catherine Pooler Designs patterned paper packs are superior quality. The Love, Doves & Poinsettias Patterned Paper pack immediately grabbed my attention and was a bundle of joy to create with. I am sharing a card using each of the designs. All of the cards are standard A2 (4-1/4 x 5-1/2 inches) and the patterned paper is trimmed to 4 x 5-1/4 inches.
Noel

This card is landscape orientation. A thin strip of gold glitter paper was added to the bottom and a sentiment label was popped up above the gold strip. The sentiment label was created with the Nested Labels Dies and the Noel sentiment from the Snow Globe Dies. Noel is die cut three times, with the top layer being gold glitter. The labels are gold cardstock and vellum.
North Pole Express Mail Service

This card is landscape orientation. The sentiment label was created with the Nested Labels Dies. The sentiment is from the Santa Approved Stamp Set and is stamped in Mardis Gras ink on white cardstock. The cute little deer are from the Snow Globe Dies and are die-cut using chocolate cardstock. The labels are red glitter cardstock and white cardstock.
Happy Holidays

This card is landscape orientation. For this card I used two of the larger label dies from the Nested Labels Dies. The large label is cut using gold cardstock and the smaller label is cut using white cardstock. Ink blend Aquatini and Lime Rickey on the white label. Using the Holiday Charm Stamp Set, gold heat emboss three of the trees on white cardstock. Die-cut with the coordinating Holiday Charm Dies and then carefully color with Copics (YG21, YG17, G29, E19, E29, Y08, YR16, V09 and RV25). Gold heat emboss the happy holidays sentiment from the Santa Approved Stamp Set onto the lower center portion of the ink blended label. Adhere the labels together and then adhere the trees above the sentiment. The top tree is adhered with foam tape and glossy accents was added to the star and the light bulbs. Finally, adhere the completed focal point to the cardbase with foam tape.
Express Mail

This card is portrait orientation. Quick and simple, stamp the cute circle elements from the Santa Approved Stamp Set in the colored dots. I used midnight ink.
Joy, Noel, Peace…

This card is portrait orientation. For this card I used two of the larger label dies from the Nested Labels Dies. The large label is cut using gold cardstock and the smaller label is cut using white cardstock. Using midnight ink, stamp the joy, noel and peace sentiments from the Seasonal Sentiments and Borders Stamp Set on the white label. Then use Copics R17 and YG25 to color the letters. Adhere label die-cuts together and then adhere to the cardbase.
No Peeking

This card is portrait orientation. For this card I used the two circle dies from the Snow Globe Dies set to create a mat. The large circle is cut using gold cardstock and the small circle is cut using white cardstock. Using midnight ink stamp the elf from the Santa Approved Stamp Set onto the white circle. Color the elf with Copics (E00, E08, N0, N3, N4, YG25, G05, R17, R46 and C0). Adhere the circles together and then adhere to the right edge of the card, slightly overhanging. Trim the small portion off of the edge of the card. Apply Nuvo glitter drops – white blizzard around the elf, to resemble snow.
Joy, Love, Peace…

This card is portrait orientation. Directly apply Samba Ink to a piece of white cardstock. White heat emboss the hat from the Holiday Charm Stamp Set and then die-cut with the coordinating dies. Adhere die-cut hat to the card panel with foam adheseive. Apply Nuvo glitter drops – white blizzard to the hat. Cute and simple card!
Just Because

This card is portrait orientation. Gold heat emboss on vellum the image from the Holiday Charms Stamp Set. Die-cut using the coordinating Holiday Charms Dies. Copic color the back side of the die-cut image using colors (BV08, G29 and R46). Die-cut the two smallest dies from the Nested Labels Dies. The larger label is red glitter cardstock and the smaller label is white cardstock. Adhere the labels together and then adhere to the top portion of the cardbase. Adhere the colored image to the label with foam adhesive. I liked the look of this card without a sentiment on the front.

Your cards are so pretty. The tree card is my favorite
I don’t use a lot of patterned papers these days (except for the quick and easy pink Chrismas cards that I made this week lol), but you really put them to great use. Although I should add that your Express mail card is my favourite, probably because of the cleaner look and the clever way that you have used the stamps on top.
