Happy Monday, Friends! It has been snowy here in Michigan, finally! Yay!!!!! By the end of the day we are forecasted to receive upward to one foot of fresh snow. I wanted to take a moment to share a card with you and let you know that the Catherine Pooler Designs, Backsplash Dies is back in stock. This is such a fun die set to create with!
Make your heart the most beautiful thing about you…
The card I am sharing with you today uses die-cuts to create a fun design. The finished card is 4-1/4 inch square with a 4 inch square panel popped up with craft foam. The backsplash design is created with one of the pattern dies and the solid die from the Catherine Pooler Designs, Backsplash Dies. I selected colored cardstock from my scraps, which is not labeled. Die-cut four of the solid and four of one of the patterned backsplashes. Adhere the solid die-cuts below the patterned die-cuts with liquid adhesive. Then arrange these pieces in a square and adhere with liquid adhesive to the 4 inch panel, centering the design.
Next, clear heat emboss the heart from the Catherine Pooler Designs, Doodle Hearts Stamp Set on a piece of red cardstock. Die-cut the heart with the coordinating Doodle Hearts Die. Adhere the die-cut heart with foam squares. As you can see, I did not place a sentiment on the front of the card. I decided to stamp the sentiment, “make your heart the most beautiful thing about you”, on the inside of the card with Black Jack ink.
