Hello Friends! Today I have three cards using one stamp set to share with you. The stamp set I used is Scatter Sunshine and is from the Catherine Pooler Designs, Hello Sunshine release.
Scatter Sunshine is such a fun stamp set. It is probably one of my most liked sets of the Hello Sunshine release. I could create cards with it all day. I had a couple of hours to play, which resulted in these three cards. Enjoy!
Create Your Own Sunshine
For this card I started with the sun rays and then moved on to the sun and then the sentiment. Stamp the rays in party dress and orange twist. The sun was created with the large semicircle and stamped in limoncello and tiki torch. Stamp the sentiment in midnight. Once the sentiment is dry, trim the panel to 4″ x 5-1/4″ and attach to a white cardbase. I also attached an acrylic heart to the “i”.
Hello
Take a white card panel measuring 3-3/4″ x 5″ and stamp a rainbow burst with the large rays and spring fling inks. Then use the large stitched frame from the postage die set and dry emboss. This creates a nice border. Now is a good time to stamp the sentiment using midnight ink. Attach the panel to your cardbase. Finally, use some clear Nuvo crystal drops to add some sparkle to your rainbow burst. So fun!!!!
Hello Again =)
Now this is my kind of card. I love taking geometric stamps and just stamping to see what results. For this card I used the large semicircle stamp to create a fun pattern using the spring fling inks. Then I stamped the sentiment in midnight. The card panel measures 3-3/4″ x 5″ and is attached to a white cardbase. (I typically begin with a 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ panel and trim once the stamped design is complete.)
You can add dimension to all three of these cards by popping up the panels using foam tape and also by adding embellishments. My goal was to keep them flat, so they could easily be mailed.
I challenge you to create three cards using one stamp set. I’d love to see your amazing creations.
Thank you for stopping by. Wishing you a beautiful weekend =) Tracie
