Hello Everyone! Excited to be sharing with all of you that there are a couple of new items now available in the Catherine Pooler store. Remember the ever so popular Faithful Flutterings stamp set that was released not too long ago? Well, we now have coordinating dies and they are super duper fun! The Faithful Flutterings Dies can be used with or without the coordinating stamp set. Today I am showing you two cards that I made just with the dies.
I started out by die-cutting the two butterflies strategically on a 4 inch by 5.25 inch white card panel. I then clear heat embossed the Doodle Garden background on two A2 colored card bases. The above card uses the negative die-cut. It is adhered to the card base with foam adhesive. I love the look of the background peeking through. I added a white heat embossed sentiment on midnight cardstock above the white panel. The sentiment is from the Faithful Flutterings stamp set and is adhered with foam tape. The below card uses the positive die-cuts. I scored both of them in the middle and then layered together on the card base with foam tape. The simple bright white with the cheerful background makes my heart happy. The sentiment is again from the Faithful Fluttering stamp set and is white heat embossed on midnight cardstock and adhered to the card base with foam tape.Below is a close-up of the layered butterfly. Isn’t the dimension lovely. It looks like the butterflies are actually flying in a flower garden. Oh the site of butterflies in our flower gardens. Okay time to get back on track and tell you what else is new.

Catherine Pooler is now also carrying purple tape which I hear is pretty amazing so I guess I better give it a try. You will also find amodex in the store which is a non-toxic ink and stain remover.
