Happy Friday Everyone! It is time for another Concord and 9th Feature Friday. Today we are featuring the Beautiful Branches Bundle. This is another set that works well for all occasions and/or seasons.
The background lover in me could not resist filling up a white panel with three branches and then stamping the berries in two different shades of purple. My goal for the sentiment was to make it feel like it was part of the berry branches. So, I just stamped it in black. I created a layering panel and adhered to an A2 card base along with craft foam.I added several clear baubles to the berries. Don’t you love how the color from the berries shows through?!
For the second card I did a lot of die-cutting. Die-cut 5 of the branches and adhere together. Die-cut 5 of each of the flowers. I selected different colors for the small and large flowers. Then adhered. The sentiment is stamped in a dark brown to match the branch.Position the branch to the right of the sentiment and adhere to card panel. Then add some dimensional tape to the flowers and adhere to the panel. Adhere the panel to an A2 card base along with craft foam. Finally, add some nuvo drops to the center of the flowers.Does anyone like sunflowers? This sunflower was super fun to create. The negative die-cut of a circle was used to mask area for the center of the sunflower, which was stamped using the berries. Then it is time to stamp the petals. You will want to create a couple of masks for the petals. Stamp the petal around the center. Add a couple of layers. I accented a couple of the outer layer by using a darker color.
I then added clear sequins to the center of the sunflower. I love how this turned out! What do you think? The sentiment is white heat embossed and popped up with foam tape. The card panel is adhered to an A2 card base along with craft foam.Below are three photos of all of the cards together.
Look at that sparkle from the sequins!
Love the dimension and fun colors.
