A few days ago someone hinted around for me to be more active in challenges. So, here I am at the Essentials by Ellen Mix It Up Challenge. For March 2017, Ellen Hutson is mixing it up with Paper Smooches.
This was the perfect opportunity to use the Essentials by Ellen stamp set I selected from being a blog hop winner from their recent release. I adore the sentiment, “If flowers could hug I would send you a thousand,” from the Essentials by Ellen, Lovely stamp set by Julie Ebersole.
Who doesn’t like flowers, hugs, hearts and cheerful colors? To me, they all go together. The little flower and heart from Paper Smooches, Green Thumb stamp set were just what I was looking for. I also created a coordinating heart embellishment using Paper Smooches, Hearts dies.
