Hello Friends! Gina K Designs just had a new release. I was touched by Lisa Hetrick’s Today and Always Stamp Set because of the heart after today and the beautiful flowers. I have three fun cards to share with you today, using the set.
Make today amazing…
Card One
- A2 Black Cardbase
- Stamp a background with a few of the elements on a 4 x 5-1/4 inch white card panel.
- Heat emboss the dots in gold on a black piece of cardstock. Heat emboss the sentiment in gold on a piece of vellum. Create a layered sentiment panel with the two pieces.
- Adhere the stamped panel to the cardbase with liquid adhesive.
- Adhere the sentiment panel with foam tape.
Card Two
- A2 White Cardbase.
- Use the daisy flowers to create a background on a piece of 4 x 5-1/4 inch white panel.
- White heat emboss sentiment on black cardstock.
- Adhere the stamped panel and sentiment with craft foam / foam tape.
Card Three
- A2 Passionate Pink Cardbase.
- Slate panel.
- White panel with repeat stamped ranunculus in slate ink. Color using makeup brushes. Apply light layer of bubblegum to entire panel. Apply dusty rose to the inner two thirds of the flowers. Then apply passionate pink to the centers of the flowers.
- Layered sentiment using Single Stitched Rectangle Dies (Passionate Pink) and Double Stitched Rectangle Dies (Slate).
- Heat emboss sentiment in white on the slate, double stitched die-cut.
- Adhere sentiment panel with foam tape and all other panels are adhered with liquid adhesive.
- Add Nuvo Crystal Glaze to the centers of the flowers.
Special Note: Lisa Hetrick offers free digital cut files for her stamp sets, which can be found here. How sweet of Lisa. Make sure to thank her.

Did you notice my blog post was a little different this time? Do you like the paragraph form better or the step version? This way was a little quicker, but I am worried that it is too cold. I want to be welcoming. But, I also do not want to waste your time with unnecessary content. I am trying really hard to blog more of my cards instead of just posting on Instagram, but it is a work in progress.
Kind thanks for stopping by. Have a beautiful day =) Tracie
