Hello! A few days ago crafters on Instagram were sharing about an upcoming color challenge. I kind of ignored it at first because I was being too hard on myself for not being a seasoned crafter. I finally decided this is actually the perfect time to learn, grow and interact amongst people with like interests. So, a huge thank you goes to Kathy at The Daily Marker for hosting this wonderful challenge.
For day one of The Daily Marker 30 Day Color Challenge I decided to practice with some Copic Markers. I have dabbled a little bit here and there with single colors. I spent over an hour today coloring these tulips from My Favorite Things, Lisa Johnson Designs Spring Tulips stamp set. It is quite interesting how the color moves around. Oh, I have so much to learn, but believe coloring will be a good way for me to relax.
Your feedback is appreciated. Helpful hints and tricks are welcome as well. Please also let me know if you are participating in this challenge. I would love to see what you have been coloring. This challenge really is fun for all.
Crafty Hugs,
Tracie

Lovely job! I’m participating too. I don’t actually own any Copics so I’ll be using a bunch of other options. My favorite is the dark purple 🙂 Good luck to you!

Thank you, Marissa. Happy you are participating too, I’ll go check out your blog and see if I can find you on Instagram. Purple is my favorite color, so you will probably see lots of it from me. Good luck to you too!
